- The title, author(s), and publisher of the book you would like permission to use
- Rights requested
- A copy or description of the exact text or visual materials you wish to reprint and the context of its use
- The title, author(s) or editor(s), publisher, pub date, price, print run, territories, and formats of your book
- Proposed fee appropriate to your project’s scope and budget
Requests for audio, theatrical adaptations, and other permissions should include the same specifics as well as an idea of the distribution’s scope, relevant dates, and any additional uses of the text or images.
